Bookkeeping is preserved on QuickBooks Enterprise and is maintained in its most current version. If you are a QuickBooks user and have moved to our system, you will need to update your QuickBooks software to the QuickBooks Enterprise Version upon termination of our services. If you have not been a QuickBooks user prior to engaging our services and terminate our services, you will be provided with a detailed trial balance print out. We are not responsible for the cost in this maintenance or upkeep. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us. All employees are bonded, and all items that are not maintained in files as part of our permanent records are shredded. All remote access into QuickBooks is controlled by security codes that are maintained in-house and are not shared with anyone without written permission from our clients. We are not responsible if you disclose this information.
